1. Eligibility for Free Registration
The free registration offer applies exclusively to:
1.1. Players who are new to rugby league and have never been registered with any rugby league club.
1.2. Players who are re-registering from the previous season and were registered with Arncliffe Scots Junior Rugby League Club in that season.
1.3. Players who have not been registered with any rugby league club for a minimum of 12 months prior to the current registration period.
1.4. Players who are new to the district.
